Managed and mentored engineering teams (20+ engineers, QE and management) responsible for the company’s flagship pricing and rental software.Key Achievements:+ Revamped the quarterly release model for the pricing solution by introducing an optimized monthly release cadence that sped up time to value for the customer and enhanced feedback while reducing pressure on the development team.+ Designed and executed program to grow and nurture technical leaders through scheduled architect presentations, mentor pairing, and code workshops, resulting in a strong bench of internal talent and numerous promotions.+ Coached and mentored speakers to help evolve presentations for ‘PROS Talks,’ a Ted style companywide event for speakers to share experiences and advice along leadership and technology tracks.+ Guided & mentored teams through a company sponsored incubator program that empowers teams conceptualize, design, develop, and pitch business ideas for potential investment.

Led an on- and off-shore team (USA, Columbia, Bolivia, India) of 12+ developers, QE, and contractors responsible for designing and developing the company’s dynamic pricing management solution for enterprise B2B clients.Key Achievements:+ Earned a promotion to Application Team Lead in 2011 for achieving on-time, high-quality product releases, out-performing support SLAs, meeting implementation timelines, and consistently completing quarterly product roadmap reviews with customer.+ Cultivated and secured strategic relationships with a key partner to integrate PROS product with their newly introduced solution, resulting in the signing of key OEM agreements.+ Guided the team to ideate a new mobile app and then led the entire SDLC and integration process for the solution, which was specifically developed to speed up the time-consuming quoting and approval process.+ Established a new manager feedback process to promote a culture of professional growth, resulting in both improved morale and better performance across the team.

Served in multiple positions moving from Software Engineer I and Software Engineer II to Senior Software engineer with increased team, project and leadership responsibility. Key highlights include contributing code as a Full Stack Developer, leading key aspects of the software development life cycle, including managing design and execution. Consulted directly with the customer in support and implementation calls. Partnered with Product management on feature definition and refinement.
