As Client Management Lead of Indirect Taxes, I am working with virtual teams across all KDN locations, including EMEA, ASPAC and LATAM to ensure our clients receive the highest quality of indirect tax outsourcing services in a consistent, standard manner, using top notch technology. Our wide variety of services and network ensure we can provide the best mix of personalized services to our clients, underpinned by technology and standard processes.Besides Client Management, I am also leading the Transition team being responsible for the onboarding our new clients, building automations and project managing the transitions with the aim to prepare their indirect tax returns in the most efficient way, automated way.I am also serving on a number of our key accounts as Engagement Partner overseeing the client relationship at a global level and I am part of the global KPMG Delivery Network Leadership team.

I am working in the Budapest Delivery Center of KPMG acting as an Engagement Partner for multinational clients in global indirect tax outsourcing projects. My main responsiblities include ensuring high client satisfaction, the onboarding of new customers and looking for process improvement, automation and business development opportunities. I am also managing a team of experienced client managers approving indirect tax returns and serving as the single point of contact for global indirect tax compliance engagements.

I am responsible for the taxation matters of the Affidea Group in 16 countries, providing tax advice to the business, managing strategic tax matters, overseeing local tax processes and optimizing the Group's tax position. I am also responsible for the preparation of the Group's transfer pricing Master File and Local files to support the pricing of related party transactions and provide advice on the personal income tax and social security matters of expats working in Hungary as well as payroll related tax questions.

As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager I was responsible for preparing APA requests, providing advice on the pricing of related party transactions and preparing transfer pricing documentations. I was also supporting our clients in transfer pricing related tax audits and represented them in from of the tax authority in APA and tax audit matters. Besides my professional tasks I was managing the clients assigned to me and team members of the transfer pricing subservice line and was responsible for maximizing our revenue on clients assigned to me.

I am heading the Indirect Tax team at Diageo Hungary Shared Service Center, being responsible for the indirect taxation of various Diageo entities in 18 countries. I lead a team of 33 people being responsible for the vat, excise duty, customs and green tax compliance of Diageo entities within Europe, USA and Singapore. I am responsible for process improvements, business development, migrations, tax audit management. Last year I set up a European indirect tax advisory function within Diageo which delivered over 3m GBP benefit to the business in the first year.

As a tax manager at EY (Ernst&Young) I was responsible for vat and corporate tax advisory, performed tax due diligence reviews before mergers and acquisitions. I reviewed tax computations, transfer pricing documentations and managed tax audits. I developed international tax planning structures and arranged for binding ruling requests. I managed client relationship and was involved in business development.
