CurrentLead UX and Consumer Insights research for Scopely’s Midcore Division to inform product development and marketing strategy throughout the product lifecycle for both live games and games in development. Lead, mentor, and support researchers in delivering impactful research through various methodologies.Design and execute mixed-methodology research for Scopely's top grossing titles.Execute player Segmentation studies to identify target audience and innovation opportunities.Communicate research findings and implications to senior leadership, designers, producers, growth, and brand marketing teams.Partner with Product Development teams to inform and prioritize content roadmap using player feedback.Collaborate with Marketing to create communications and user acquisition strategies targeting high value segments.
