I’ve led and grown a Global Portfolio of D&I learning programs with measurable results through increased employee engagement scores, higher percentage of female leaders in Senior Leadership roles, and improvements in key Inclusion metrics.My background includes 15 years of formal Learning and Development experience, where I honed skills in blended learning design, as well as the ability to create and facilitate impactful learning events. I have facilitated events across the world, both face to face and virtually, and in many different business and cultural contexts, developing a strong cross-cultural expertise.I have over 25 years of experience Elevating Potential in individuals and teams through the ability to connect, engage and facilitate positive outcomes.
