Staffing Account Manager MSP• Primary liaison with the assigned VMS delivery recruiters and the client as it relates to communication with the clients’ Talent Acquisition team and through the VMS tools.• Establish, build, and manage relationships with VMS clients’ Talent Acquisition/MSP staff as well as managers. • Manage the flow of requirements from VMS accounts• Maintain company records with the information needed to submit candidates into the VMS tool.• Ensure VMS recruiters are aware daily which job orders are the most urgent and in need of attention. Submit candidates into the VMS/MSP tools for client review• Cultivate and grow relationships with new and establish accounts that will increase existing business and ensure excellent client relations.
