A highly qualified and motivated professional with several years’ experience in the mortgage banking/mortgage servicing industry. My career in the mortgage banking/mortgage servicing industry began with Liberty Savings Bank. I started in the Escrow Department as an Insurance Processor, but then served the next 20 years as an Executive Administrative Assistant where I was fortunate enough to participate in and lead various projects – including the implementation of the Refinance Department. I also served as a Retail Mortgage Loan Officer for a period of time. I was blessed to be a part of the Liberty family for so long; however, when Liberty sold the mortgage servicing operation to Cole Taylor Mortgage in 2013, I made a very bold decision to embark upon a new opportunity. I accepted a position with Cole Taylor Mortgage (which became MB Financial Bank in 2014) as a Human Resources Administrator. I was later promoted to Human Resources Representative. As an HR Representative for the mortgage division of Cole Taylor Mortgage/MB Financial Bank, I was able to utilize my superior organizational and communication skills, that I honed as an administrative assistant, to help create efficiencies in our new hire on-boarding process which improved the satisfaction rate of our new hire candidates and our hiring managers by 70%. I also streamlined our candidate tracking and reporting process - which resulted in rave reviews, recognition by the SVP, HR, and implementation of the process division-wide. I loved my job and remained in that position until June 2019 - just following MB’s acquisition by Fifth Third Bank. In between my roles in the mortgage banking industry - I worked as an Administrative Assistant for Flavor Producers in Sharonville, Ohio. I absolutely loved the company, the people, and the job itself. The drawback was the daily commute. Returning to Liberty feels like I'm going home. I strongly believe in motivating others by setting the example. Colleagues know me as a devoted team player who can always be trusted to deliver. I’ve always believed in fostering a work environment that instills a sense of value, respect, and pride, as well as appreciation and recognition for the employees. I can certainly work well alone, but I’m at my best collaborating with others.I am also a very active member of my church.
