- Conceptualised, planned and coordinated multi-stakeholders activities reuniting local, national and international child rights actors around the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in November 2019 in Geneva.Main activities included: a 3-day international conference at Palais des Nations with around 750 participants, including children from different regions; a training on children’s rights for professionals working directly with children; activities for children to help them discover, reflect and produce reports on children’s rights; and three public exhibitions of children’s reports in the city.In order to achieve this project, I created partnerships with local, national and international actors working on children’s rights in Geneva, such as schools, leisure and alternative care centers, the University of Geneva, the High School of Social Sciences of Geneva, Swiss NGOs, the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, OHCHR, UNICEF and UNOG.For each main activity, I set up and coordinated a specific working group made of experts and interested actors to ensure that the full project would be as inclusive and rich as possible.I have also been in charge of all aspects of the association’s activities, such as : - Fundraising (drafting of grant proposals and reporting: approx. CHF500’000 were raised within 18 months);- External and internal communication (website, annual report, social media, conference app, flyers and posters) with the assistance of consultants and temporary staff;- Governance and administrative tasks: convening and preparing Board meetings, budget planning and accounting, development of guidelines and terms of reference of the different working groups created.

Drafted a research paper on the 6 August 2020 draft legally binding instrument to regulate, in international human rights law, the activities of transnational corporations and other business enterprises (the “draft BHR treaty”) with regard to children’s rights, including an article by article legal analysis of the draft and wording proposals.

- Drafted specific elements of the draft OPSC Guidelines that will be presented to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child.- Coordinated the process of developing the draft Guidelines, including facilitation of inputs from different sources, consultations and presentations.- Advised on the advocacy strategy.

- Managed the organisation of a 3 day convening for about 150 people, including about 70% of participants from abroad at the United Nations on "Reclaiming the United Nations as a Peace Organisation - Ensuring Women's Meaningful Participation for Peace and Strengthening Multilateralism".- Managed the budget, donor allocation, financial reporting and donor reporting of the project.- Led the internal evaluation report for the convening .- Successfully coordinated and supervised the organisation of a 3 day convening within budget and within one month.- Fundraised for and organised the live streaming of the event.

- Led the development and implementation of the programme strategies and manage the programmes of the organisation; - Ensured high level strategic engagement around programmatic activities and identify and create opportunities;- Recruited, managed and developed the programme team; - Represented the organisation with key stakeholders, including State, UN and NGO representatives.Key achievements: Reconceptualisation of the programmes of the organisation through a new theory of change and 4-year plan; set-up of the first programme team of the organisation (4 people); design of new processes and communication lines to maximise synergies and cooperation within the programme team.

- Coordinated the international campaign for a new international treaty allowing children to complain about violations of their rights to an independent UN Committee of experts (the third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure) at international level (UN Human Rights Council, UN General Assembly), regional level (EU, ASEAN ACWC, MMI-LAC movement in Latin America, ...) and national level (Thailand, Indonesia, Sweden, France, Kenya, ...).- Trained and empowered national, regional and international NGOs, in particular child rights NGOs, in engaging in international advocacy targeting UN human rights mechanisms (UN Human Rights Council, Universal Periodic Review, UN Special Procedures).Key achievements: Successful advocated for the drafting, adoption and entry into force of the third Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Rights of the Child on a communications procedure (most of the elements lobbied for were included in the final text and in the Committee's rules of procedure); Mainstreaming of a children’s rights perspective into key resolutions of the UN Human Rights Council.

Designed a variety of potential projects to strengthen the coordination between Amnesty International’s International Secretariat and UN office in Geneva.

Managed a multilingual team of ten paralegals undertaking legal research and analysis for a global project.
