    - Conceptualised, planned and coordinated multi-stakeholders activities reuniting local, national and international child rights actors around the 30th anniversary of the Convention on the Rights of the Child in November 2019 in Geneva.Main activities included: a 3-day international conference at Palais des Nations with around 750 participants, including children from different regions; a training on children’s rights for professionals working directly with children; activities for children to help them discover, reflect and produce reports on children’s rights; and three public exhibitions of children’s reports in the city.In order to achieve this project, I created partnerships with local, national and international actors working on children’s rights in Geneva, such as schools, leisure and alternative care centers, the University of Geneva, the High School of Social Sciences of Geneva, Swiss NGOs, the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs, OHCHR, UNICEF and UNOG.For each main activity, I set up and coordinated a specific working group made of experts and interested actors to ensure that the full project would be as inclusive and rich as possible.I have also been in charge of all aspects of the association’s activities, such as : - Fundraising (drafting of grant proposals and reporting: approx. CHF500’000 were raised within 18 months);- External and internal communication (website, annual report, social media, conference app, flyers and posters) with the assistance of consultants and temporary staff;- Governance and administrative tasks: convening and preparing Board meetings, budget planning and accounting, development of guidelines and terms of reference of the different working groups created.
