Dispute Resolution Specialist
Current- Answering incoming customer calls on a dedicated phone extension
- Utilizing Dispute Management tool to create, track, and report on disputes impacting Tennant business
- Ownership of invoice disputes through resolution
- Cross-functional team work to resolve invoice disputes
- Identify root cause to issues and concerns and work with internal stakeholders to improve
- Collaborate with team members in and outside of Customer Service on process improvement or new processes
