Anita Joice, an Oncology Account Manager with "trifecta experience" (Marketing, Training and Sales), is a Masters degree trained professional with an award-winning track record in biotech sales, including ranking in the top 5% in the nation. A former HR and equity research specialist for a world-class bank, she proves the value of data analytics as she finds unique insights in clinical data for her customers as well as sales data for competitive strategies. Before joining sales, she was a Sr. Clinical Specialist Training Coordinator in Oncology Sales Training for four years. She developed strong home office relationships and gained experience with internal systems such as finance, budgets, legal and contracting. She consistently won top evaluation scores for her workshop facilitation as a certified trainer for numerous development modules. She also led and managed the launch of the first Genentech BioOncology University. She oversaw creation of the program brand, identified courses and contracted with vendors.Prior to Sales Training, Anita provided project management support to marketing for a BioOncology brand that included management of team and industry events. Her ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the company and her gift of diplomacy have served her and her colleagues well throughout her diverse career.Anita is a collaborative leader who loves to help others, whether it is her team, doctors or patients.
