Managed the fry lab and followed specific protocols and SOP's determined by lead scientists. Trained by the FS Manager on the new CFSRA Food Safety program and helped to transition the product development lab to a new Food Safety program. Provided sampling support for external customers by blending oils, issuing COA's, conducting oil analyses and shipping.

Managed research laboratory including maintaining and setting up analytical instruments, purchasing supplies, training students on research methods, developing lab website and purchasing supplies.
