From my internships, where I was responsible to work with a team, organize programs for new hires, and cut costs, I was able to gain the experience needed to work in a professional fast paced Human Resources Setting. With my current position in with the Career Development Center, I am able to enhance my skill set by maintaining and preparing weekly conferences with staff for feedback exchange, conceive induction processes fro new hires and coordination of employee activities and wellness events, and design cost effective compensation programs to promote a high performance culture.
