Hospitality was the starting point of my career in service industry , 30 years of adventure gave me an opportunity to start my journey in healthcare and personal care industry . Being a passionate and enterprising Hotelier with hands-on experience in the Hospitality & Consumer Services industry. My expertise includes Project Development, Management & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Room Divisions, Safety & Security, Maintenance, Landscape, Procurement, Food & Beverage, Finance and Conference Business. I am particularly proud of my achievements in strategising and setting up a Hospitality division for one of the biggest property developers in Malaysia, as well as exceeding Sales & Customer Satisfaction targets in all positions I have held to date.
