Corporate Training Manager
CurrentMy passion for positive psychology, neuroscience and creating positive culture at work started when I began my professional career in real estate. The team won 19 out of 40 Australia-wide awards which I attribute to the trust, support and strength in the team and in the workplace. The personal growth that I went through (while not always easy) not only boosted my view of the workplace, it also had a ripple effect in all other areas of my life. I was so fascinated and enthusiastic about this that I decided to do my studies to understand and help others to achieve the same.ExperienceWhile I started my career in real estate, it was what I learnt on creating a great culture in an industry traditionally known to be cut-throat, that put me on the path to finding my true passion. I moved to London and put my knowledge to the test to start my own business. I built this up to 12 employees before moving back to Australia and starting my studies. Since this time I have worked on major global culture change management initiatives which included using technology platforms to inform, connect and measure global progress; national change projects to adjust the way decisions are made; regional and front line employees being enabled and supported to make decisions based on local needs; and, one-on-one and group coaching to improve team culture. Now I’m living my passion at Corporate Challenge Events which creates positive team cultures through its professional team building, corporate training and conference planning services. I head up the Corporate Training department which delivers practical and educational training programs focused on maximising team performance and workplace culture.
