Led the launch of Uber across multiple states. Focused on increasing brand awareness and marketplace growth (rider and driver) through strategic partnerships across the region. Grew regional trips to 50k trips/week in 12 months.* Launched marketing efforts for uberPOOL and uberHOP in Seattle. Responsible for growing trips across the commuting vertical. Was also the marketing lead for uberPOOL and uberX at SeaTac Airport. * Responsible for the remote regional launch plan, consisting of rider and driver support in Idaho, Montana and Alaska. Successfully launched Idaho after regulatory battles. Grew regional trips +100% in 12 months.* Built strategic alliances through local partnerships, including local transit agencies, universities, large festivals, events and local non-profits. * Organized and lead local projects like UberImpact, UberKittens, UberSwag, and UberCoffee reaching different demographics within the region. ---Project managed the largest UberIceCream campaign across five cities in Pacific Northwest.* Managed regional social media presence, which included: content creation, social outreach, and competitive intelligence. Grew social following +200% in 12 months.* Built and launched blog and email marketing program, growing readership +100%.* Built the Local City Coordinator program, including hiring, training and managing two LCCs and several brand ambassadors across two cities.
