Anita Lorraine Moore (She/Hers) Email and Phone Number
I am encouraging, co-creative and I aim to inspire those with whom I work and train using empathy, collaboration, insight and realistic understanding that we have to start where we are and work toward where we want to be. I have over 14 years in organizational leadership and management, creative equity and belonging program development, strategic consultation/mentoring, content creation, advocacy, ally-ship and community organizing experience. I've taught, advised and managed over 1000 college students and clients, created and monitored progress of influential initiatives which provided for the development of future leaders and groups of inspired community members. I have developed a community of thousands of loving and enriched supporters. I prefer to work within anti-oppression frameworks aiming for the promotion of access to underdeveloped and under-served populations. I enjoy evaluating systems for visionary change by holding culturally responsive and student/participant-centered teaching. I specialize in teaching, training and analysis, empathic and compassionate leadership, experiential learning implementation, critical and creative thinking, problem solving, critical theory, training of trainers, design and implementing programs and initiatives. I prefer to emphasize cycles and process in any program development, versus linear thinking and finish lines. I am a professor of critical thinking, logic and problem solving. Lastly, I have a humor mandate and speak beginning to intermediate Spanish as well.
