Provided support for pilot teams for Release Based Delivery.•Engaged the Quality Assurance team to harness Operating Model improvements in the QA process, compiled recommendations to streamline workflow, enable management of additional workload from the new framework.Anita was tasked with establishing a global Platform Architecture and Design community to drive capability uplift program & enable the rollout of continuous improvement initiatives. The community spanned New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, India and China with over 640 active members and a further 400 interested parties.•Developed a capability uplift program spanning 5 countries, that delivered 15,000 hours of training to over 1,500 participants•Established the “Platform Architecture and Design (PAD)” brand and built up a global design community through regular engagements, forums, networking events as well the robust capability uplift program. •Proactively highlight potential areas of interest or concerns in performance to Heads of Delivery that drove the continuous improvement initiatives across the PAD community and established a number of working groups that created a supportive environment for community members to identify and contribute towards enhancements•Provide analysis and insights on key metrics and performance trends for Heads of Delivery to make informed decisions in driving the Architecture function.
