Building new callflows on I3.* Responsible for the EMEA use of Estos Procall – a software solution, that makes the phone system talk/ work together with the company ERP system, so that all customer informations will be shown on your screen when a call comes in. 1. Lead on implementing and setting up the system. 2. Installation of software for the different users and clients. 3. Installation of servers so that procall were implented correctly in correlation to the company databases. 4. Operation and maintenance on both connections and servers, but also the technical user support and hotline.* Europe on Cisco phone system with 5-6000 support-users. A typical implementation would be approx. 1½ days work, and then the normal user support. * Ingram Micros Glostrup department wanted I3 as part of the ”one Ingram”. Goal was to make the danish departments more integrated. My task was to create the call-flows needed to get all merged together in an effective and economical way.

Dangaard telecom was bought by Brightpoint Europe. * Internal usersupport of the company own developed systems like Finance4all (ERP database with logistics and repair) and Danmodul (ERP database).* Repair and maintainance of the company printers, pc's and users.* Translation of the company own developed ERP into the languages spanish and german.
