My own mental health story - of navigating employment, marriage, motherhood, divorce, menopause, and running a business - alongside anxiety, depression, and agoraphobia has shaped who I am and what I do.My Masters degree in the Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health from Kings College, London means I apply the science to help you better understand the rollercoaster of life. I approach the subject of mental health with my head and my heart - to create safe, inclusive, and fun environments for what can be a difficult subject.
