As an internationally recognised expert in directing traffic and appraisal studies for major transport infrastructure projects, over the past 30 years I have worked in 32 countries and advised on over 100 transport infrastructure schemes worldwide including roads, tunnels, bridges, light rapid transit, monorail and heavy rail schemes. I am a highly motivated and enthusiastic leader with a practical focus for getting things done. I am recognised for building longstanding relationships, credibility and trust with clients and embed an open and honest culture in service delivery. I have written several research and policy papers about the accuracy of demand forecasting for international transport infrastructure projects, the impact of autonomous vehicles on future parking demand and the ‘user pay’ principle for funding transport infrastructure.
