Vice President, Equities | Conferences & Event Marketing
Current• Fully manage, from conceptualization to execution, the coordination of all domestic and international equity capital market events including four annual multi-day conferences, networking functions and analyst bus tours, which combined generate half of the equity division’s total annual trading revenue.• Maintain budgets with an aggregate P&L in excess of $500K annually. • Efficiently manage junior marketing employees, audio visual vendors, venue staff, and serve as the primary point of contact to all event attendees.• Serve as a liaison between Investment Banking, Research Analysts and Equity Sales/Trading teams to curate target lists of both presenting companies and institutional clients. • Conduct venue diligence, analyze cost options, and negotiate third-party vendor contracts to maximize return on investment. • Concept development and art direction for all conference/event print materials. • Provide data analytics to help sales force monetize conference and event programs. • Foster relationships with sponsors and C-level management.
