As an executive leadership coach and former business development and technology executive, I combine extensive experience delivering results at scale and building high performing teams with providing insightful coaching, facilitating breakthroughs and delivering impactful results.I’ve led small teams, large teams, single-focus teams, and complex teams delivering a wide array of different services. I’ve been in senior leadership positions for more than half of my career and have had a birds-eye view in how organizational politics work and how organizations fail and thrive. I believe that everyone comes to work with a desire to do good work and make a positive contribution. But the work environment can be complex and intimidating – how do you know the actions you should take at any particular point in time to do that? How do you align with your values to create inspiration and fulfillment? How do you balance all that you have to do with what you want to do?I trained as a linguist in college and have always been fascinated with observing the ways in which people communicate and how that impacts the results that they realize in their lives. In my coaching practice, I work with both senior executives and rising leaders to help them find their voice and purpose, communicate with respect and clarity, and be as impactful as they can be.
