The thesis has been developed in a collaboration between the ETH Zürich’s Chairs of Industrial and Innovative Construction and Sustainable Construction and the Swiss construction company Implenia AG.During the development of the thesis a methodology for Swiss construction companies to perform LCA continuously over the entire building process (SIA) has been proposed. The methodology provides decision-making metrics (SIA&Minergie-ECO) both on element and building levels at every building phase (SIA) and associated Level of Development. For its implementation an existing code structure (eBKP-H) applied in BIM has been used, so that the re-entertaining of data is prevented.
