•Collaborate with 14 partners in Africa, Asia, Canada and the Middle East and equip them for success•Implement processes and communication standards: monthly/quarterly meetings, sales targets, key accounts + strategy•Manage and drive budgeted goals for each partner (revenue, leads, trade shows, new retailers, sell through)•Coordinate 15 trade shows across 8 countries with multiple teams and across several timezones on an annual basis while collaborating on sales targets, logistics and etc. •Apply strong project management skills to organise 30+ deliverables for every product launch •Mentor and support a team based remotely, working closely with them everyday to build strengths, exceed KPIs and incorporate them into the wider team•Generate leads and convert prospective sales agents and distributors into partners for Orbitkey•Participate in international trade shows, partner on-boarding and support
