As a member of the executive financial team, I engage in budget planning and resource allocation discussions, ensuring our strategies support long-term goals. Additionally, I review invoices for accuracy and compliance.Project Management/Team Lead, Pokka Wellness Evaluation Tool: I lead the development team in creating an innovative and user-centric solution that makes data analysis easy and fast. I prioritize the product backlog and collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and set timelines while fostering an agile, collaborative environment. Additionally, I consult with customers on the evaluation process, offering guidance on methodologies and best practices.Team Lead, GFP Culture House NET for Women & Communications Manager: In this dual role, I focus on strategic planning and budgeting for both teams. I promote open communication and collaboration, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles.
