• Assist in organizing and coordinating various academic events, including seminars, workshops, and networking sessions, contributing to the overall success and positive reputation of MQBS• Provide logistic and administrative support to faculty members, including managing correspondence, maintaining organized filing systems for academic materials, scheduling appointments• Faciliate effective communication between students, faculty and staff, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed to maintain a positive and collaborative academic environment

- Collaborate on the development of Life products such as Term ROP and UL 2022, offering ad hoc actuarial calculations and sensitivity testing using AXIS and Excel model under IFRS 17 to bolster business needs, and compliance with Local & CGAAP capital requirement.- Work along with Product, UAT, and Valuation team over the refinement and upkeep of actuarial assumptions, reinsurance treaties, and analysis of pricing data, business mix and market trends.

• Coordinate Internal social activities such as the Annual General Meeting or Committee Induction day• Establish and maintain effective communication channels between the executive board and general members, ensuring transparency, engagement and fostering a positive and inclusive environment• Manage administrative tasks, including overseeing the onboarding process for new members, maintaining talents’ profiles and records, addressing and solving intepersonal issues

• Collaborate with engagement team to deliver high-quality financial services to insurance clients thus gaining exposure to diverse aspects of the industry• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including financial statement review, ratio analysis and risk management using Excel to assess financial health and performance of clients, ensuring compliance with industry regulations• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports, conduct data collection, validation and analysis, summarize key findings and recommendations to gain a deeper understanding of clients needs and expectation

• Organise and lead virtual and in-person career workshops and events to help foster an empathetic and inclusive society such as CV Workshop which has over 100 Vietnamese sign ups and 2 high-profile Guest Speakers from Macquarie Bank.• Contact and actively source financial and marketing sponsors. Initiate societies’ bonding events
