ANZPlus is ANZ's s new digital banking service and a complete transformation from traditional banking. I oversee multiple and complex financial streams which involve executing, designing and managing mixed-method research projects, developing UX scorecards, competitive research and accessibility research.

One of the founding members of ANZPlus. I worked on two key streams. I adopted a multi-research approach mixing qualitative, quantitative and competitive research methods to extract robust and realistic insights. I also developed a program-wide Experience Score working with designers and product managers to define metrics to quantify and track the user experience.

Worked in the Online Banking designing applications and services on desktop, tablet and mobile. Applications range from content sites to transactional applications. My design activities cover:- Research and discovery of a service/product and motivation of use. Persona, customer journeys.- Human Centred Design techniques; Observation, Empathy, Inspiration , Ideation, Prototyping and User Testing - Continuous evaluation; guerrilla testing, user testing, analysis, on-field trials- Mainly worked on Projects adopting Agile methodology

During this time, I worked in many banking areas; Retail Banking, Branch Technology and Retail Innovation. My forte in this area was my keen sense of detail, project management skills and delivery focus. Key achievements: - Sr BA in ANZ Branch Technology and it's conversion to Oracle- Sr BA Retail Mortgage Calculator These roles required strong analytical, problem and decision making skills. They demanded sound understanding of technical systems and the ability to liaison with cross functional teams to translate business requirements into design solutions.As a Sr Business Analyst, I was also had Team Lead roles for many projects and had to gain the confidence of senior executives.
