Very excited to be back at the PTA to help turn the Digitisation Strategy into reality. With principles such as "people first, technology second" and "needs and benefits driven" the strategy intends to put humans front and centre of this digital transformation.

It has been a pleasure to return to AWC to help them put their IM Review recommendations into practice as part of their migration into Office365 and SharePoint Online. As well as SharePoint configuration, stakeholder engagement and change management, a key element in the engagement has been the creation and delivery of comprehensive staff training to support an information-centric culture change throughout the organisation.

Rightly placing information as a vital asset in their mission to protect all Australia's wildlife.● Department of State Development (now JTSI) – IM StrategyIM Strategy to help increase information value and minimise risks associated with an ageing workforce and the potential for information leakage. ● Department of State Development (now JTSI) – EDRMS MigrationInformation architecture, migration planning, change management and training support targeted to increase IM maturity in conjunction with a technical migration to a new EDRMS platform.● Total E&P – IM Governance FrameworkImplementation of an IM governance framework; defining and establishing policies, guidelines and tools designed to drive consistency and support the organisation to manage, protect and gain value from their information.● Department of WaterProcess review with recommendations to improve timeliness and quality of Ministerials in areas such as culture, training, system, and quality assurance.

Responsibility for performance management, team strategy and sales, as well as delivering client projects. Some of the project highlights were: ● Office of the Auditor General – Perth: Online StrategyDevelopment of an online vision and strategy that would encompass the intranet, internet, extranet and social media. ● AngloGold Ashanti Australia: Information Architect Focussed on improving information quality, accuracy and availability, Anita defined the functional design and information architecture for a new intranet and document management solution. She then went on to project manage the implementation based upon SharePoint 2010.● BHPB Worsley Alumina – Perth: Project ManagerProject Manager for a program of works to deliver a new application platform to support complex and rapidly expanding business needs. As well as leading the multi-disciplined, blended team, Anita played a vital role in user experience and adoption; a critical factor in the face of such a high impact, technically focussed change, driven by global compliance.

As a SharePoint consultant with Microsoft, I undertook a variety of engagements for top 100 companies throughout Australia (including Telstra, Westpac, KPMG, Downer EDI, VCAT, NAB, among others). Engaging with senior-level business and technology decision makers, my key aim was to help clients achieve business value from their Microsoft software investments and as such I was proud to be one of the first in Australia to gain "Delivering Value Planning Services" accreditation.
