* Started my career with a BPO where I worked for 1 year as a Customer Services representative in the Non- Voice Process handling Pre & Post sales queries for Sears & DMart for the U.S. clients. * Was employed at Cloudnine Hospital in Bangalore and specialized in Hospitality & Customer relations.* My longest employment was with ITC Limited in Bangalore again, for 7 years wherein my KRA included Vendor Inventory management, Stakeholder management and brand promotions. I mastered in vendor management, billing/invoice management and customer data processing here.* Last worked as a Freelancer for a recruitment startup named Zasya Online from Jan 2022 to April 2022, wherein my basic KRA was Talent Acquisition.* With my exceptional communication & networking skills, strong written & oral communication skills, high organisational skills, Interpersonal & problem solving skills, strong ability to prioritize and as a self-directed team player, I have re-created an advanced and well strategized Standard Operating System which contributed to the organization's development.* With a strong aspiration to pursue my career in Human Resource Management or Administration, I also pursued my Post Graduate program in Human Resource Management from Loyola Institute of Business Administration.I strongly believe that one can achieve success only when one takes up something that interests them rather than just picking up something that randomly came their way.
