Pathways to College Bridge Program-Adult Basic Education:While education is key to lifting people out of poverty, acquiring education poses signification challenges for low-income individuals-challenges that have the potential of easily derailing the best of intentions. The Pathways to College bridge program is targeted for those low-income individuals to receive both basic education and college credit in efforts that it will lead into a postsecondary certificate, diploma or degree in the Office Professional program. SCC and its partner organizations will provide the wraparound support needed to help smooth the inevitable bumps along the pathway to college readiness and enrollment.
