From that moment on all the interface for material approvals (TV commercials, point of purchase materials) with the property owners (Hasbro, Mattel, Disney, Dreamworks, Cartoon Network, Nickelodeon, etc.) was done by me and my team.I also participated in the planning of the choice of properties, a detailed process of trend analysis, as this definition should happen almost two years before the start of the campaign.From 2006 on, Taterka was the Creative Lead Agency for McDonald's in the entire LATAM region. During almost two years I traveled around 18 LATAM countries, knowing and selecting partner agencias to delivery advertising services in each one of the countries, assuring that these agencies would follow the guidelines that we provided.
