I am a licensed therapist who specializes in pre-marital, marital, and relationship counseling. I also work with women who suffer from anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, codependency, and relationship issues. I have developed a recovery program for those who have experienced divorce and I work with people who are experiencing a transition in their lives. I am passionate about helping people discover their potential for unlimited joy and happiness no matter what circumstances they are facing in their lives. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, as well as Solution Focus Brief Therapy with my clients. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment to express yourself. I seek to empower clients to make informed decisions and help them handle anything that comes their way. I believe that we all have the power to make good decisions and the ability to control how we respond to the things that happen in our lives.I am currently working on my third book on the topic of healing and restoring relationships in the African American community. I provide love mentoring for singles and couples through Skype or Zoom. I have a podcast called Better Love Movement on Itunes, Stitcher, Google Podcasts and Soundcloud that discusses all things dating, mating, and relating! My course "30 Days to Mastering Your Feminine Power" is out now on www.udemy.com. I offer my Feminine Power Mastery course through live workshops in the Richmond area. I seek to connect with other authors, speakers, podcast hosts and professionals in the mental health field.
