Building Management and Works, Maintenance Services• Held a leading role in the implementation of the Maintenance Service Agreement (MSA) for Government Agencies and bedding-in of the contract objectives, terms, conditions and processes• Working in accordance with the MSA One Team relationship plan in partnership with Government Agencies and Contractors to assist agencies with planning, delivery and monitoring progress of multi million dollar maintenance works projects (restorations, refurbishments, improvements, minor works) such as re-roofing, training facilities refurbishment, lift replacements and upgrades, fire services upgrades, mechanical services upgrades, asbestos removal etc.• Held a leading role in the delivery of $8 million program of works for Department of Training and Workforce Development in 2016/2017 financial year across large number of sites with considerable time and budget constraints• Working in partnership with Government Agencies and Contractors to assist agencies with a comprehensive routine maintenance program of works including successful resolution of escalated issues• Provided regular reporting on expenditure, data analysis and reporting on project progress, issues, risks, priorities and variations• Provided prompt and professional advice to key stakeholders in relation to MSA operation, contract management, project management, procurement and policy matters • Chaired, facilitated and presented at regular Project Control Group, Monthly and Quarterly MSA Performance and Operations meetings and other focus group meetings with key stakeholders• Operated in a complex stakeholder environment, often with conflicting stakeholder views (over 150 government sites and facilities and more than 50 site representatives) where stakeholder engagement and management was critical for successful service delivery to agencies

Daily tasks include: Risk assessment and management, advice on asset management, liaison with BMW Service Arrangers, agencies, contractors and BMW Program Managers to deliver the best outcome for client agencies• As part of the contract management duties for the above contracts I negotiated and arranged a number of contract scope and price variations, extensions and novations; carried out contractor performance management, contract management meetings, issue resolution and stakeholder management• Undertook comprehensive reviews and prepared contract/panel review reports for a number of large government contracts, including: data analysis, research and stakeholder consultation through face to face meetings and surveys• Developed and procured a number of maintenance contracts including research, specification and tender documents development, spend analysis, client consultation, risk assessment, tender evaluation and contract formation (estimated total contract value ranging from $0.3 - $4.7 million) • Provided prompt and professional advice to client agencies, contractors and other key stakeholders on contract development and management issues, procurement processes, policies and guidelines thus building strong client relationships through frequent open and honest communication and awareness raising - Staff coaching and mentoring.
