A student in the User Experience Design Immersive program that included over 480 hours of professional training over a course of 3 months. Utilized a hands-on approach to practice user-centered design methods, design thinking skills, team collaboration and client relations.

In a 2.5 week sprint, our team created solutions to improve user retention by reinforcing sincerity and empathy throughout the user experience. We also worked to improve the organization of materials on the app, to better learnability.
