As EVP Operations, am responsible for overall deliveries of the organization across practices, QA practice and Process team. Currently engaged in Design Thinking and DevOps Initiatives @ Synoverge. Established PMO with aim of nurturing team of strong project managers, establishing quantitative project management practices, establishing standards and sharing best practices and learnings. In delivery ownership role, increased the overall project success rate, bailed out troubled projects into self driven sustained project with happy customers and account growth. Championing the organization wide process and continuous improvement journey through ISO 9001:2008 certification, successful external audits and upgrade to ISO 9001:2015. Driving the continuous improvements through metrics measurement, analysis and benchmarking which has yielded in overall organization efficiency, productivity and predictability. QMS upgrades and update releases were inspired by the continuous improvement initiatives and was instrumental in efficiency and productivity improvements. Working closely with HR team to build and nurture a performing team and build a scalable organization.
