About Anita Van Mil
I use the experiences of users and staff to design services that work, influence strategic decision-making, and improve outcomes for people and organisations. I currently apply my service design skills to the design of a learning, training and progression offer for St Mungo's clients, aimed at enabling people who come through our doors to move on to independent lives away from homelessness. In my previous role as Service Development Manager @StMungo's I supported 13 services across South-East London and the South of England to improve their service delivery and develop new business opportunities with a focus on what we know works for our clients. I project managed the transformation of existing services and implementation of new frontline services, including a multi-stakeholder one-stop day centre for people who are sleeping rough or have a history of homelessness in Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. In the little spare time left I facilitate Reflective Practice sessions to help develop the resilience of operational staff and managers in supported housing and a range of voluntary sector organisations.I'm open to job opportunities in the voluntary sector, innovative public sector organisations and social enterprises.
