 Pioneered in the execution of 10+ BIM projects and managed budgets over AU$150M. Established and managed common data environments (BIM360). Spearhead selection process, train staff, align tasks with routine policies, and conduct performance evaluation according to KPIs. Defined and communicated project requirements, standards, and protocols to internal and external teams. Generated and maintained project documentation for BIM, and conducted model mediation /clash detection.

 Navigated professional construction management in a public housing project and offered 288 units. Participated in 10+ environmental design projects. Collaborated with departments across engineering, sales, subcontractors, and operations to deliver the project milestones set by the seniors.  Adapted comprehensive future-oriented implementation plans to ensure efficient delivery of projects.

 Participated in 50+ YouBike stations design projects in Taipei City and New Taipei City for first-ever and biggest public bicycle-sharing services in Taiwan. Launched the preliminary bike-sharing service planning in China and Singapore. Formulated, established, and monitored project documents, budgeting, workflows, gap analysis, propel negotiations, test plans, and advice to inter-departmental and cross-functional divisions on daily project activities.  Examined the key metrics to determine project obstructions, transformed all major strategic goals into sections to attain the approved project objectives. Negotiated with stakeholders regarding project plans including planning, scheduling, resourcing, risk assessment, cost/benefit analysis and milestone establishment.

 Participated in the project entitled “The Establishment of Dongsha Atoll Digital Elevation/ Bathymetric Model with Airborne Bathymetric Lidar”, conducted 5x5m DEM of Dongsha atoll about 500 km2 and seafloor terrain information for various marine researches and potential engineering applications. Processed and analyzed GPS and Lidar data, wrote progress and final reports, coordinated diverse group members of different organizations and nationalities, organized workshops and conferences to show research results, and gave an oral presentation in U.S. Hydro 2011. Organized “2021 Airborne Bathymetric Lidar Workshop” in Hsinchu, Taiwan attended by over 100 participants.

 Analyzed data with AutoCAD & ArcGIS and drafted progress reports. Conducted horizontal and vertical surveys, calculated GPS, traverse, and leveling data and confirmed data accuracy with field surveyors. Updated cadastral maps created during World War II for modern land utilization.  Conducted Cadastral Resurveying for Xizhi District in New Taipei City by editing cadastral maps, performing field surveys, and communicating with residents.
