About Anita Z. Bourke
I am Executive Vice President of the The Institutes. As EVP, I lead Sales and Marketing strategy and also serve on the Senior Management Team.Before joining the Institutes, I was the president of IMA of Kansas, a regional broker and subsidiary of The IMA Financial Group in Wichita, Kansas. Prior to working at IMA, I was employed by the Willis Group for 17 years in various management roles that spanned wholesale, retail and strategic planning, most recently as president of Willis Commercial Network. I also held positions at the reinsurance broker RFC Intermediaries, Inc., and in underwriting at Nationwide Companies. I have moderated seminars and been a speaker at numerous industry events around the U.S.I hold the CPCU designation and served as president of the CPCU Society from 1997-1998. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business from the University of Alabama and completed The Institutes and Wharton Advanced Executive Education Program.
