- Planning and Producing Learning Materials: Design and develop engaging, age-appropriate learning materials with subject matter experts, including multimedia content aligned with the Kurikulum Merdeka framework.- Integrating Materials into Learning Management System (LMS): Upload and organize learning materials within the LMS, manage course settings and user roles, and ensure seamless navigation and accessibility.Developing Teacher Handbooks and Guidelines: Create and update handbooks for teachers with instructions, best practices, and strategies for implementing Kurikulum Merdeka and using the LMS effectively.

- Preparing and creating the instructional content and media based on the student's need.- Teaching English for adult learner.

- Developing curriculum for IT academy (web development and data science) using need analysis method- Teaching English for staff (project manager, programmer, and marketing & communication department)

- Producing Global Workplace English Program learning curriculum- Teaching Global Workplace English Program for the staff

Producing English assessment content for the application. The assessment includes the question and the explaination for junior high school and senior high school level. The assessments are based on low order thinking skill, middle order thinking skill, and higher order thinking skill.

- Create and develop English curriculum- Conduct English class for managers, supervisors, senior analyst, instructor, and technician- Produce content display for Training Center

- English teacher for first and second year class- Homeroom teacher for first year social class- Event coordinator in Supercamp 2019 (A week camp where student intensively study English, Math, Science, Islamic study, and physical activity)

During four months program, I and travel and event team arranged travel itinerary both international and local travel. We also facilitated some event such as courtesy call and institutions visit in Australia and Indonesia
