CurrentHandling Office Correspondence and maintenance of records independently. I had been entrusted Purchase work and Customs clearance assignments of all ISRO Imports and Exports. ISRO Imports various needed electronic and other materials from all over the world for developing various Satellites and Payloads Launching at Indian soil and also at abroad India. The Customs clearance work involves preparation of needed Customs clearance documents which were provided for speedy customs clearance of the imported goods. Logistics supports were provided in all respects to required agencies for speedy clearance of Imports. Day to day interaction with Customs, Clearing agent, Air/Sea Carriers and Warehouse Agencies had been attended too during the tenure. Monitoring all Import arrivals and actions were initiated for speedy clearance goods to avoid demurrage charges to the Department. Air/Sea Freight and Customs clearance charges Bills were scrutinized and forwarded to Accounts for payments with proper justification. During export of Satellites, Test and Allied equipments Logistic support were provided to various agencies for safe Transportation of Satellite, Test and allied equipments. Re-imports and Re-exports tasks were also attended.
