• Responsible for end to end IT recruitment in multiple business groups, maintaining strong relationships with the business and developing a deep understanding on business requirements.
• Gather job specifications from technical managers with detailed job descriptions and skill requirements.
• Involved in full recruiting life cycle, right from requirement gathering till the candidate joining including articulate job offers and negotiate compensation with candidates.
• Follow-up with candidates for documents and uploading for BGV initiation.
• Successfully handled and closed positions at different levels and job families.
• Experience in hiring for Unisys India, Malayasia and Singapore.

• Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing/Screening, Short-listing Profiles, Candidates Tracking and Follow-up, processing CV's, Updating / maintaining Internal Database etc.
• Analyze requirement according to the specification mentioned by the client.

• Managed Recruitments for multiple positions right from Entry level to Higher Level and mass hiring.
• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like Internal databank, LinkedIn, Job portals-Mass Mailing/ Job Postings, Referencing, Headhunting etc.
• Follow up with the candidates as well as on the feedback from the company side solving all the query between the candidate and the company hence attempt to meet the mutual satisfaction.
