Project Title: Evaluation of Effectiveness of Middle Level Management TrainingProject Description: • To evaluate the middle level management training programs conducted at Wheels India and to improve the overall effectiveness of the training process. • Analysis of the training programs by collecting trainee’s feedback and job shadowing. • The Gap Analysis was done using appropriate statistical tools and the root cause identification was made.• KirkPatrick evaluation tool was implemented to evaluate the entire training process in four phases (Reaction, Learning, Behaviors, and Results) to identify where the programs needs improvement.• The automation of training need identification was implemented for effective time management.
