The role is to collect and organize all administrative information of the organization. Record maintenance of every employee.  Processed payrolls on a bi-weekly and monthly basis for the associates.  Maintained time card information of an associate by calculating, collecting and entering data.  Scheduled interviews, meetings and other company events.  Accurately calculated bonuses, salary increment and overtime.  Trained associates as they enter the organization for their respective new roles.
