Responsible for client relationship, interview co-ordination, candidate Salary negotiations, offers, declines and replacements. Proficient in recruiting candidates at all levels of the management - IT & Non IT Maintaining & preparing daily trackers, weekly trackers, monthly reports & prepare monthly review. Ensuring that the candidates join on time by keeping constant follow-up with them. Maintaining database according to the skill set.
