Current Interacting with Clients to know the complete details of manpower requirements. Managing recruitment section. Sourcing for the potential candidates as per the JD / clients requirement through Job Portals, LinkedIn and Personal Networking. Sourcing right candidates and submitting the profiles as per the requirement. Job Enquiry: make visit to Sites and companies to understand the project and have discussion with the end user to know more about the current & future job openings. This helps to filter the right experienced candidature for client requirements. Initial screening interviews of candidates to gauge their technical and personal skills. Proposing suitable candidates to Clients and coordinating Interviews for shortlisted candidates. Distributing and delegating Manpower requirements with Recruitment team. Performing reference checks and other background verifications for the selected candidates. Ensuring that the total manpower requirements of client’s has been fulfilled. Research and gathering market salary survey for HR Consultancy projects. Updating and maintaining internal database in Manatal. Handling recruitment advertisements for LinkedIn, Online Job Portals, and Newspapers. Closely follow up with the clients for the selected candidate’s mobilization.Client Coordination Direct coordination with the clients for new job enquiries for their different projects within Kuwait. Client sites visit to understand the project and have discussion with the end user to know more about the current & future job openings. Coordinating with the clients regarding their feedback & interview schedules.
