Customer Web Portal (Web) and Family Experience Project: Customer is made aware of the launch of the Hum Family Experience, so that he/she can invite family members to his/her account and family members to experience in app experience of Customer Web Portal (CWP).Attended stand ups, grooming sessions, touch base sessions and working sessions related to CWP -Family experience. Designed and executed test cases in qTest .Set up an account with 3 real devices and verified family member in app experience for HumX and Hum Plus accounts. Logged defects and once the code is fixed, retested and moved out of QA. Almost verified most of the family experience functionalities. Automated Web, IOS and Android test cases using Robot framework.

PURL :Extensive end to end test experience in Personalized URL( PURLs), Tested offer creation to offer validation to product ordering to product delivery. Created offer in KonaKart .Created landing page for the created offers in Magnolia .Linked the landing page to the Siebel marketing campaign. Loaded and launched the campaign. Launched PURL and made sure everything worked as expected. In case of issue in launching the PURL, validated it in backend like Siebel, Product Governance and Middleware and reported the issue by raising the bug. Once the bug was fixed , retested and closed the bug once it was working fine. Once the code is deployed to production, had an integration testing session with marketing team and validated the code.

Microservices Performance Testing in AWS for multiple OEM's Microservices are small, independent services that work together. Services can be deployed in multiple servers to enhance performance and keep away from other services so that they don't impact other services. I did extensive performance test in this project. Extensive experience in end to end performance testing of microservices with AWS. Conceptualized the test cases needed for performance test, documented the test cases in ALM. Created 20K+ test data using Jmeter, Created scripts using Jmeter, Added backend listener(Influx/Grafana) to the scripts, Created Jenkins jobs. Envisioned the perquisites state of the system for performance test and ensured that the test environment meets the requirements in AWS. Executed Load, soak, performance and Chaos tests. Analyzed the system using Splunk, Dynatrace, Grafana, and AppDynamics.

Developed and executed automated/manual test cases for new functionalities and also did regression testing. * Designed and developed automation test suites for UI services. The critical piece of this automation project is Robot Framework, Selenium2Library, Database Library for Robot Framework. Developed code for UI test cases using Xpaths and Robot Framework Keywords. Backend database validations are performed with Database Library. Lead a team of offshore automation developers and testers. * Experience in Middleware BPEL Upgrade testing from 10g to 12c.
