• Reporting to the Head of Operations, Managing Regional Training teams and coordinating with Retail Managers to meet internal training needs of the business• Conduct annual training needs analysis, consult business managers as well as employee up-skill training requirements to support the business• Monitoring and evaluating on the job performance of the champion trainers and ensure that standards are met and trainings are delivered as per the company’s standards and conduct regular train the trainer sessions• Establishing training programs required for each market based on the specific brand requirement and individual needs• Delivering, sourcing or designing of new programs, facilitating coaching, mentoring to the managers / trainers across the business• Conduct Store visits to evaluate the efficiency of the training schemes introduced, practiced across the stores by the managers and recommend corrective actions• Ensuring the team development in order to meet specific needs of the business when required• Maintain Training Records for various trainings conducted, Training trackers for each employee, collect training feedback for class room sessions as well as on the job bi-weekly trainings conducted in stores across all the stores• Plan quarterly calendar and update business the status and direction of the training function to senior managers and the GM in a review meeting• Coordinate with line managers to draw a training plan every six months as per the business requirements and plan the complex multi sited training programs• Writing instructional training plans, guide teams how to conduct efficient trainings and write trainer notes for almost all the training modules developed in house.
