Project : Ericsson Network Manager - IP & Transport Network Management. Project overview: Ericsson Network Manager is a suite of Network Management applications supporting operation and maintenance of Radio, Core, Transport, and 5G networks for Telecom. Program had 3 different projects in New node Introduction ( Radio, Core, GSM, LTE), OSS Monitoring and 5G.Responsibilities:-As an Agile Program Manager, managed portfolio of 3 simultaneous projects (New node Introduction, OSS Monitoring and 5G) comprising of 11 agile teams (100 + team members) with multiple client stakeholders across various geographies. -Led a team of 3 project managers and ensured all project commitments and deliveries are met and co ordinated shared resources and dependencies across projects. -Lead Agile transformation program, coached and mentored the teams for agile adoption and migration to Devops processes. -Driven process improvements for Automation and devops which has contributed to reduction in product development cost by 30% and has helped in business growth into new areas like 5G. -Monitored project KPI’s, analyzed Fault slip through analysis and planned continuous improvement initiatives to improve the product and process efficiencies.- Led the onboarding process of cross functional Agile teams for the new projects, planned competency rampup and coached team members to meet the project goals.Skills: Program Management, Delivery Management, Stakeholder Management, Agile, Devops, Automation, CI & CD, KPI Monitoring , Fault Slip through Analysis, Process and Product Improvements Management

Project Overview: AXE is an Ericsson AB’s telecommunications exchange deployed worldwide. The Adjunct Processor Group (APG 40 / 43) is the high capacity IO system for AXE exchanges. AXE Blade Cluster system is a linearly scalable, higher capacity system. APG43L is a Linux based Adjunct Processor Group based on APG43 hardware. This product of AXE is designed based on telecom grade applications like Linux Open Telecom Cluster (LOTC), Service Availability Forum (SAF), Core Middleware (Ericsson product derived from open SAF) and Component Object Model (COM).Responsibilities: - Over-all responsibility for system design & development, content planning and Quality of deliverables for all subsystems in APG products like APG40, APG43 and Blade Cluster.- Involvement in Quick studies, Feasibility studies and Implementation Proposals for new design objects or change requests for existing products in maintenance.-Fault Slip Through (FST) data collection and analysis to identify and drive process and product improvements.-Mentoring, Coaching and technically supporting the design and Maintenance teams of around 50 members.Skills: C, C++, Java, Visual Basic, Microsoft Cluster server, RAID, VM ware, Linux Open Telecom Cluster (LOTC), Service Availability Forum (SAF), open source implementation of SAF standards (open SAF), Core Middleware.

Project Overview: This project involves Wideband Spectral Analysis of an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal using DSP techniques. Tiger Sharc(TS101)DSP Processor has been used for FFT(Fast Fourier Transform) analysis. The System consists of a host PC,DSP add on card and a receiver. This is an R&D project for increasing the search speed of a receiver for detection of Frequency hopping signals and Burst signalsResponsibilities: -GUI’s design & development to control the DSP module and receiver. - RF spectrum display and Time domain display of the FFT data on a host controller.- FFT algorithm implementation using Visual DSP++ 3.0Interfacing PC and DSP module using PCI and USB interfaces, PCB Design, Development, Testing and system Integration.Skills: Tigersharc DSP processor , Visual C++, C, MS Access

Project Overview: ELECTRONIC SURVILLENCE & JAMMING SYSTEMSThis is an R&D project for Defence Electronic Research Laboratory. This is an ECM (Electronic Counter Measure) system which involves Searching, Monitoring and Jamming of RF transmissions in VHF /UHF ranges . It is a mobile system consisting of various units like Receivers, Frequency Synthesizers, Modulators, Decoders and Power Amplifiers. All the units are controlled by a system controller. Real Time signal analysis of Digital data, digital modulations like FSK, QPSK, BPSK and decoding techniques like Morse, Baudot, Pactor.Responsibilities: -Designing GUI’s for remote interface and control of all the systems using VC++, MFC ,SDK.-Design and Implementation of search Module, Monitoring module, Jamming module which involve Interfacing to the search receiver through LAN , Database design, Command generation for selection of various jamming parameters .-System integration testing & hardware testing.Skills: C , Visual C++, Embedded processors, MS Access, RS 232, RF systems
