I help women through 1:1 session to resolve issues that keeps them stuck and enable them to rewire their neural network to find new roles and purposes or find new meaning in their existing job role by tapping into their strengths. I am a workplace culture enthusiast and storyteller who brings awareness to the topic of work and positive workplace culture. In addition to the above, I am a seasoned IT/business consultant who rose from entry-level to senior roles, successfully assisting in 20+ projects in several MNCs across four continents. I am open to part-time roles for purpose driven projects. My experience :12+ years' experience in business, data and process analysis in 20+ projects across several multinational companies. Experienced as generalist BA in Vision, Discovery, Define and Delivery phases. I can confidently talk to stakeholders to understand their vision, understand KPI & objectives and progressively transition into information gathering and analysis, engage with teams, perform data crunching and analysis, conduct impact assessment, perform all steps from gathering and documenting requirements, converting them into high-level epics and then to user stories, demonstrating prototypes, and hyper care if necessary. I have excellent understanding of organisation value chains, customer experience and journey.My Project profile includes Service Design Transformation and Remediation, large data migration, Business Restructure, People & Technology Optimization, Social Command Centre set up & management and Knowledge Management.Hands-on experience with structured and non-structured data -- sifted through large enterprise data as well as social data (millions of conversations on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc.) and analysed for insightful pieces that help companies plan their next compelling campaign, product or service.
