● Responsible for driving Employee Relations activities(from on-boarding till exit) and advise managers on employee issues● To implement Human Resource Policy and strategy to ensure achievement of Business plans● Handled Counseling/grievance of employees to maintain a healthy work environment● Responsible for driving Performance Management in the Business unit● Facilitator for the management team, as a connecting point between management and employees, and to help in identifying and preparing development plans for the key employees and high potential employees● To lead HR related projects and managed the HR related internal and external communication. ● Actively supported in discussions, handle disciplinary cases, resolve employee issues effectively with minimal supervision.
