I led large D&I projects in Gender, PWD and have been involved with NGOs in LGBTQi space. I am trained in Yoga, Meditation, Somatic Experiencing, Financial Coaching, Playback Theatre, Neuro Linguistic Programming & Non-Violent Communication. I have a MBA degree in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and am a qualified engineer.
